We continue upgrading the refinery for August 15

We continue upgrading the refinery

The modernization of the Texas Refinery is well underway. This facility is one of the most advanced and environmentally safe refineries in the U.S., with a production capacity of 475,000 barrels per day. Despite its cutting-edge status, we are actively working on increasing its efficiency through large-scale modernization projects.

The Texas Refinery upgrade program has already set a benchmark for the entire U.S. refining industry. Upon completion, the refinery will enhance its operational performance and increase the volume of processed products. It has already reduced emissions by 40%, with an additional 25% reduction expected after all stages of the upgrade. The new refinery complex will be connected to an air monitoring system, providing real-time data to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Del Mar Energy Inc plays a key role in this project, serving as the primary contractor for both the technical upgrade of the Texas Refinery and the construction of supporting infrastructure.

The production processes at the Texas Refinery are being updated with the latest available technologies. The total investment in modernization will reach $5 billion by 2025. These investments will improve production efficiency and significantly reduce environmental impact. The refinery has already cut its environmental footprint by 40%, and upon completion of the modernization work, this figure will decrease by another 25%.
